- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what is needed by my client; which is why I like to "interview" with them and their pet before any decision is made, and then go from there. My salary, is always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone interview or meeting with them for coffee at my and/or their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Housesitting: a. watering plants and other florals that are present in the home/garden b. retrieving mail; or sending mail, faxes to the client if needed c. feeding, walking, playing and spending time with their pets d. "instructed by client" to ride their car around (if they have one), to keep it regulated Pets: a. Feedings b. Walking c.Administering vitamins and medications, if needed d. Changing litter boxes (if cat) e. Sharing "quality time" with pet(s)
