Introduction: Health and fitness is my profession, but more importantly; it is my passion. I train a diverse clientele from beginners to seasoned athletes and understand that each client is a unique individual with unique goals. The first step to take in improving your overall health is establishing clearly defined goals. These goals may be shedding body fat, toning and sculpting, increasing strength, flexibility, balance, endurance or improving athletic performance. I believe that the most important role as a personal trainer is to provide the experience, motivation and education required to analyze your goals and map out a plan to achieve them. I will show you the correct technique and form to hit any goal with personalized, fun workouts that will keep you motivated while educating you and giving you the knowledge you will need to live a strong and healthy life. I also work closely with a registered dietitian if you are having problems losing the weight due to poor eating habits.
