- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to take at least 22.5 hours of continuing education in order to keep my license. So yes, I do take continuing ed to keep up to date. I actually do more than 22.5 hours every 2 years so far.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in to this type of work because I knew I was good at it. The landlords I worked with actually advised me to do it, since they loved my work ethic. I didn't take it seriously at first and then I let go of my hesitation. Now I'm focused on getting results and making landlords feel secure in their investments.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Tenant Screenings, Lease Signings and property maintenance.
