Introduction: Coaching is about eliciting the very best out of people. It is not my job to give advice or tell my clients how to live their lives, interact with their teams, or how to run their businesses. Rather, my job is to ask powerful and sometimes simple questions that communicate to a deeper part of my client’s psyche. I am masterful at asking questions. Question asking, listening and radical honestly create an irresistible playground for our higher, most fearless, most powerful selves to play in. Through my work and in my personal life, I have found that we are most motivated when we acknowledge who we are in our entirety. When we can wholeheartedly accept who we are, I find that a new kind of energy greets us. I’ve observed this in my clients with awe. I love the moment when a client gives themselves permission to be The Leader, The Powerful Attorney, The Smartest Engineer in the Room etc. I have watched and observed the way that other people react to that level of permission and the harmony that is fostered because of it. It has a trickle down effect on teams, on divisions, on organizations, on families etc.
