- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically sell 3 packages: 4 sessions, 12 sessions and 24 sessions both remote or in person. After 12 sessions with a client, I allow the client to purchase a single visit when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an introductory, free call which is meant to help me get a sense of what the client is looking for and to assess if we are a good fit. The client then reaches out to me if they want to move forward with coaching. I typically sell my services in packages the smallest being 4 sessions. I work both remotely and in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF)
