FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After retiring from law enforcement I needed to start a second career so private investigation was an easy transition. I actually am very fortunate, in that many private investigators have no prior experience at all and learn as they go, or learn from other private investigators. I was fortunate to be trained by the top investigators in the country and sent to the top investigation schools throughout my law enforcement career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my clients are surveillance, asset investigations, background investigations, locating people and conducting interviews for criminal and civil court cases. I also provide expert analysis of standing investigations by law enforcement in both civil and criminal defense matters.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I can't talk much about the jobs I do as most of what I do is sensitive and all is confidential. I can tell you I recently helped out a couple veterans, one in locating an old army buddy from the Vietnam era. Any time I can do something for those who serve our country I am proud to do so, and many times I do so pro bono.
