- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing isn't really complicated. First, we have to understand how you make money and discover where you may be losing money. Then, we determine how we could generate new revenue and cut expenses. Based on this plan, and what it would cost in time AND money to complete, if the return potential is 10X or better, we'll show you how. If we could generate, say, an additional $300,000 to $1,000,000 or more in your business, is it worth it? Our clients think so.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We help them to transform their entire business -- from brand identity and marketing systems to internal processes and systems. Then we teach them how to use all of this new power to greatly improve their sales and gross revenue.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Graphic design, web design, and imaging are only a very small portion of your marketing. Your marketing is only a very small portion of your necessary business activities. If your business is doing well, you have no need for us. If it's not growing as quickly as it could be, or, worse, it's stalling and threatening to crash on you -- maybe it's time for us to talk.
