Introduction: After 15 years of remodeling, we relocated in DE to exclusively offer exclusively residential painting. We do have the background to offer professional painting services. I founded Innersense in 2002 in Florida as an interior space remodeler and consultant. It was mostly through projects in high rise condominiums owned by out-of-state customers that I gained trust and confidence from my clients. Meeting and exceeding your expectations and results our goal. Whether a small project to maximize space or a larger project, I work closely with my clients to fulfill their dream space(s). I did business with Jose all via phone and email. I had him look at a potential leak in the wall at a property I had a tenant in. They had to remove the dry wall in the living room, wait a few days to look for the source of water, re-drywall, prime, and paint. They also fixed an area on the roof where we believed was the origin of the leak. He did a great job coordinating with my tenant and cleaning up after the work was done. In our contract, he gave me an estimated date of completion and he met that date. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use him in the near future for more general contracting work at my properties.

We meet each client at their location, not only to offer convenience, but as a means to understand their lifestyle and personality; we gather their idea, needs and concepts; we then suggest ideas on site, if any, or develop a pre scope with a budget proposal. Once a scope is pre-approved, we develop floor plans and elevations if needed for a final approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a self taught artist teacher and designer, with exhibits in the US and abroad, who developed the awesome gift of space reconfiguration. It has been a life experience career and the trust of many wonderful clients who entrusted their projects, that Innersense has a niche in the remodeling field. I work with a team of architects and have gained many reviews in appreciation from clients in the South Florida area, which include 2015 and 2016 Thumbtack awards.
