I am a Psychotherapist and Coach, who specializes in helping people deal with their past to clear the way for a happier, more empowered future. My approach focuses on "getting" you, exploring with you, and using some of the most proven techniques for helping you move on. Each journey is unique, so my therapeutic methods vary with the particular needs and personalities of my clients. Studies have shown that certain therapies, such as EMDR, mindfulness-based and cognitive therapies, are particularly effective in treating anxiety, depression, and a slew of other problems individuals or couples may face. These therapies feature heavily in my sessions.
