Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: People like myself make up a rare percentage in the world: we actually LOVE our jobs. I always said I didn't want to end up stuck in a career that just simply paid the bills. I didn't want to be miserable going into work everyday. Fortunately, I've been blessed with the opportunity to let my creativity express itself. Although sometimes I find myself staying up until the early hours of the morning, it still doesn't feel like "work". That's something I would never trade.

Jonathon Jacobs helped our business grow! He is very easy to work with and gives you the driver seat! For those who are not computer literate he doesn't mind answering any questions you may have! In short, J.J. Design is the way to go to get a very effective and efficient website for daily use!

Thank you, Holly. It's really been an amazing experience working with you all and I'm thankful that I get to continue my services with Soundwave Comics.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer my services on a per hour basis. My hourly rate is flexible depending on the scope of the project, and a total project length estimate will be provided when the details of the project are discussed. Ex.) My hourly rate for a project might be $30 and I estimate the project will take anywhere from 25-35 hours. In order to best provide for my clients, I do NOT bill for: -My Mistakes - if I made a mistake that had to be corrected -Learning Curves - If I take on a project requiring software or skills new to me or requiring additional study -Surprises - I don’t do work that would require extra billing without clearing it first with my client

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone who can help you understand what's really going on with your web presence. Approach the design and implementation of your website with the "Teach a Man to Fish" mindset. By this I mean, invest time and understanding into what it is your designer/developer is doing. You don't have to know all the code and whatnot, that's for us to worry about, but have your designer clearly explain their ideas and process to you in layman's terms. It'll do wonders for both you and your designer in the long run.
