Typically I do a lot of book and comic illustrations, either covers or interiors. I also do paintings for prints and other merchandising, as well as private commissions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check the artist's work. You have to be happy with the sort of work they do, first and foremost. I think a lot of people are disappointed when they have an image of what they want in their mind, and they don't get that result, because they weren't familiar with the style and skill level of the artist they hired.
