Pricing is determined by the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Gain a clear understanding of their desired outcomes. 2. Discuss coaching or presentation options. 3. Arrange services to be provided and provide them. 4. Assess effectiveness of coaching or presentation. (during and after each session, presentation) 5. Provide follow up material, coaching, or presentations. 6. Ask for referrals and testimonies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Communication, 23 years of military service, father of 2, certified Insight Foundation Personality Facilitator, and my personal life experiences are a few of the qualifications I rely on to serve my clients. I've also taken various training courses on human behavior, relationships, and I have 4 programs that I've authored and teach from. I've spoken to and trained groups from as few as 10 and as many as 500. I've coached dozens of couples that have gone on to revive their relationships. I've prevented suicides, trained hospital staff, sales teams, and hundreds of military personnel.
