- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to know what the customer want and is looking for far as there event planning, then I offer suggestions or ideas and then we go fro there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A Certified Culinary Chef. I graduated from the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College with an Associate degree in Culinary Arts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am often asked to cook for parties of friends an relatives so I made it into a business.
