- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple we charge 8% monthly management fee or $100 minimum the greater of the two. There are no set up fees, no fees when properties are vacant and no maintenance mark up fees. Leasing fee is Half of a full month's rent at leasing signing.
