Introduction: We provide interior design services, 2D and 3D designs, and turnkey services. Our services include: * Conferring with clients to determine factors planning interior and exterior environments including budgets, architectural preferences, purposes and functions * Advising clients on overall design with respect to planning, layouts, utilization of furnishings and equipment as well as color schemes and color coordination * Leading professionals such as contractors, architects, plumbers and electricians to ensure job success and client satisfaction * Drafting Architectural drawings and detailed plans * Reviewing shop drawings and coordinating on site/ site visits/ measurements * Estimating materials requirement, costs and subsequently presenting design to clients for approval * Monitoring furniture fabrication in accordance to bespoke design within the space provided * Formulating the space environmental plan to be practical and aesthetic with regards to the intended purpose. Examples would include a focus on raising productivity for a computer repair shop or targeting specific merchandise according to the clients requirements * Designing and purchasing furnishings, accessories, art works and decor * Building 3D renderings using architectural programs, such as Autodesk 3D Max * Drafting and sketching architectural plans using Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture * Monitoring sites and coordinating with contractors (ensuring smooth flowing of the project) * Responsible for coordinating project site and leading 50 team members
