FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With every project being a little different we typically work solely on a flat bid process based off of the customers individual project estimate. This helps to ensure that our customers know what they are getting, when they can expect the project completed, and at what cost prior to commencement of their project. We find this is much more convenient for our customers as opposed to many hourly based cost scale that leaves you waiting until the end of your project to find out what the cost and completion time are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us here at Jack of Trades we look to set up an opportunity to meet face to face with our customers whenever possible. Typically we try to meet up at the location of their project to ensure we are able to go over all the details of their project on site so as to not miss any details. After our initial meet up and consultation we strive get back to our customers in as little as 24 hours in most cases to begin work on their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Highly skilled tradesman have over 18 years of industry experience and continuously strive to stay on top of all current industry practices and continuing education.
