- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard Rates and FAQ brochure can be seen at jaggededgearts.com/rates but I also do customize packages based on the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary goal for any shoot is to get the most natural, interesting shots of my clients, and the way to do that is to make sure that they feel as comfortable with me as they do with their own friends. Once a rapport is established, I find that the shoot goes smoothly for everyone, the clients are able to relax and enjoy themselves, and the resulting images are so much more engaging than when they are simply forced to stand and pose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and graduated in 2005.
