Introduction: I am a highly-trained professional pastry chef who has worked in a number of prestigious restaurants, hotels, and bakeries. I even appeared on Food Network's Sweet Genius! As such, I go above and beyond the typical sugar cookie and fondant cakes produced by other at-home bakers and can provide patisserie-quality desserts for your special event.
