Introduction: Over 25 years of study is incorporated into each treatment session. Keeping up to date on the latest data and research is a passion of mine. Each session is individualized according to the clients' specific needs with initial and continuous assessments, both verbal and physical. My work is a multidimensional approach to healing that combines advanced manual therapeutic techniques, which most in the industry have yet to tap into. Having as many years in practice has given me the expertise to quickly assess problem areas to focus on. This unique therapeutic approach will help fill the gap for people who are looking for more from their massage therapy session. After each session, I help to advise clients with self-management techniques that can be incorporated into their daily routines. My clientele consists of all age groups, from children to seniors and all fitness levels, from competitive athletes to non-athletic types. What is most enjoyable is working with people who are working on themselves!
