Introduction: I can provide from 3-5 meals a week for 1-6 people that I can make in your home kitchen or deliver to you. I can also do small catering events and dinner parties.
I do everything, from grocery shopping to meal planning and meal creation. I focus on seasonal, whole food-based meals that are good for you and your family.
I excel at making Paleo and gluten-free meals as well as meals for other special diets. However, I can also make classic comfort foods.
Sourcing of my ingredients is important to me, and I purchase local, pasture raised, and organic, whenever possible. I work hard to know where the best ingredients are, and whatever your concerns are with food, I am happy to address them and work with you to get the best possible results.
