I needed to have flooring installed in my kitchen and a few other things addressed around the house. I called Craig's Handyman Service and I had one of there representatives at my home on the same day to take measurements. I received a quote the following morning and once I had made the order for the materials there was a crew in the morning geared up and ready to go. Within one day the crew had installed new kitchen floors, installed molding in the kitchen, and installed new carpet in a bedroom. They are very knowledgeable with many projects and they have a friendly team of professionals. If you want to have the work done fast and in a timely manner this the team to go with.

Our experience with Craig's Handyman service was outstanding. My husband and I have lived through at least 5 remodel projects in our marriage and none have come close to running as smoothly as our kitchen and bath experience that Craig's handled for us this Spring. They did a great job from a workmanship standpoint (even pointing out work that was not up to their standard and re-doing it even though we thought it was acceptable) but what truly sets them apart was the customer service. It was over the top good. The front office that coordinated our job was proactively reaching out and the workers on the job were also incredibly polite and went above and beyond. I have already recommened them to friends and neighbors and would not consider going anywhere else for our home needs after working with them. In an age where customer service is dead, Craig's Handyman Service showed me that there are still a few people out there that understand this critical aspect of business. We are Park West (Tenneyson) residents and HIGHLY recommend the folks are Craig's HS. Anyone who needs a rec is welcome to reach out to me.

These guys were great! Estimate was reasonable, told me 2 days and they finished in 1, cleaned up after themselves & the work was amazing! For the first time since moving to Charleston, I can actually say I would recommend a contractor to a friend! I will definitely use them again. Thanks!

A true professional in every sense of the word. I hired him to do multiple projects over the years and he has delivered every time with exceptional results. He did a fantastic job on smoothing cottage cheese ceilings and he rehabbed my hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend him for any home remodeling project.

I've had the team do a variety of work- tear out floors, tile, install appliances, etc. They've been great about explaining the work that needs to be done, communicating the status, making appointments and keeping them.
