Introduction: Are you unsure which way to go or what your next steps are? I work with clients psychodynamically to process feelings, while also offering tools to stay centered.
I am here to listen but will also push you to be self-aware and grow. With understanding, my aim is to help you be the best version of yourself, whether you are in crisis, going through emotional trauma and/or have feelings of depression, anxiety, or loss.
I am happy to see clients once a week for however long you like, but my goal is for you to eventually acquire the tools to become more self-sufficient and dependent on the strength that you find from working with me.
In addition to therapeutic psychodynamics, I offer mindfulness-based stress reduction and "outside the couch" offerings to help you move forward in self-awareness and change.
One particularly helpful service I offer is pre-birth counseling to potential parents: a two-part session where we iron out logistics of infant parenting, so a system is in place when the newborn enters the house.
