- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do in-home cooking as well as food deliveries. A lot of my clients are busy and don't have a set dinner time, so I come in the afternoon, stock the fridge with delicious healthy snacks and a dinner to warm up. I am very flexible with my work, so if you want to eat right and can't figure the time for it, I am here to help.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my clients asked me to make breaded chicken tenders, something I am not familiar with because I have never breaded or fried anything. So, I did my version of chicken tenders. Organic chicken, breaded in coconut flour, fresh minced rosemary, garlic, and pepper, lightly fried in grape seed oil and sprinkled with smoked salt. He said they're the best chicken tenders he's ever had.
