Introduction: I can make all your favorite dishes, using only ingredients that are organic and good for you. I've cooked for every dietary need or restriction on the planet, including medicinal cooking for serious illness and disease. I never use any processed foods and never anything from a can, I make everything from scratch, using only organic and seasonal foods. In addition, I have studied many diets and how they affect the overall health of your gut, which is the most important thing. In my research I have put together a recipe book geared for gut and intestinal health, meaning I can answer most dietary questions regarding what to eat for certain ailments. More times than not, this comes back to the gut. So, my cooking is by default medicinally helping your digestion and gut health, which is the first line of business for your overall health. I love to see the results of people eating right. In my eyes, when you eat right, you feel right, and when you feel good inside, there is no obstacle too big to climb.
