Introduction: We manage Professional Real Estate Investing LLC/dba PREI, a home renovation and rehabilitation company that wholesales houses, flips houses, owns rental properties, and provides property management and rent collection services, and K J Enterprises LLC. We are also opening Community Housing Services, Inc. -- a nonprofit company serving the housing and other needs of the following populations, including: low-income families, single parents, the elderly, the disabled, the homeless, and individuals recovering from drugs and alcohol. K J Enterprises has recently begun our property preservation business with the employees used by PREI. The income generated from this business will support Community Housing Services, Inc. and the needs of the previously listed groups of individuals and families. We are in the process of obtaining the coveted 501(c)(3) status, which makes any contribution to the company a tax-free donation. We only hire experienced and reliable employees in the field of property preservation and home renovation. All of our employees are drug and alcohol free and are screened upon employment and randomly thereafter. We are incorporated and carry our own liability insurance. We are prepared and look forward to becoming a high-volume company for national banks. The services provided include, but are not limited to, the following: * Utility management * Occupancy checks * Break-ins * Rekey/lock replacement * Lock box installation * Trash outs * Landscape maintenance/repairs * Interior cleaning * Carpet cleaning * Weatherization * Securing/board-ups * Pressure tests * Property inspections/reports * Photo documentation * Repairs or replacement, including, but are not limited to, paint, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, roof, HVAC, window, fence, swimming pool, concrete, cabinet, countertops, doors and appliances We do any project-related job to home renovation, rehabilitation or preservation. Areas we service include the following Kentucky counties: * Jefferson and the surrounding counties, including Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt, etc. * All of the Southern Indiana counties, including Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Crawford, Scott, etc. Our service guarantee includes the following: * Reliability and on-time and quality work * Work completed on a deadline * Verified performance by supplying before-and-after photos of completed projects using a digital camera and Internet connection to email a zip file * Supply all equipment for jobs (lock-boxes, padlocks, wood, tools, trucks, etc.) Please e-mail me as soon as possible with a list of jobs that we can service for you.
