Introduction: I am a very efficient photographer, meaning I can get a large variety of images in a very short amount of time. The reason why I schedule sessions for 1 hour, is because I know it's not all going to be magic. I allow time for snack breaks, tickle breaks, and just some time to enjoy the beautiful location we are shooting at. I believe my mix of efficiency and understanding allows clients to have an easy and enjoyable experience throughout their sessions. My favorite thing about being a newborn and family photographer is watching the little ones grow! Babies grow so much in the first year, and I am so happy that I get to help families document those milestones.

Kimberly was a delight to work with, everyone in the family was happy with the photos and she took darling pictures of the baby. Kimberly was relaxed and flexible, very professional. She quickly supplied us with all of the photos, easily accessible for us to use as we pleased. Couldn't recommend her more highly.

We did family pictures in the East Bay. The photos are beautiful. She was super nice to our 19 month old daughter and knew exactly how to work with a toddler!!! We had a lot of fun and are very happy that we worked with K Sienk... Again, lots of gorgeous pics!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a portrait photographer since 2009. During that time I have photographed over 3,000 newborns, and countless families. I have a great understanding of different types of needs, and how to get that photo of your child that you just can't get enough of!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
"Mandatory Mondays" is a personal project I have. Each Monday I like to go out and explore parts of San Francisco and the Bay Area. I do this to relax, and fill my need for wandering. An added benefit is that I know of lots of great locations to take family photos in San Francisco that are not super crowded and very beautiful.
