What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep out rates simple even though we deal with complex problems. Businesses and Home Office clients can get a better rate with an annual support contract, but our standard rate for normal business hours is $69/Hr and our Emergency Services is $179/Hr. A contract guarantees us work and a better rate for you.
