- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have single session rates with sliding scale fees depending on the package session number you purchase. Some clients choose a hybrid of private and semi private. Please contact me for quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for the Sports Club/LA and Equinox clubs for many years. They actually have the best in house training programs available. I am also National Academy of Sports Medicine certified, considered the leading certification body in the field. I avoid workout fads, but try and stay on top of the latest developments in my field. And I work out with other, top quality trainers- perhaps the greatest source of continuing education there is.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you feel completely comfortable with whom you choose to work with. After initial training sessions, I ask clients three questions: 1 - Did you learn something? 2 - Did you get a good workout? 3 - Did you have fun? You should be able to answer yes to all three.
