- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually, I fell into it. I was working at a Home Health Agency with my mom, who was a nurse. I started managing the computer system, then started training, then decided to write my own training manuals.....and 30 years later, here I am!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Proofreading, creating training documentation, training, and resumes. I would like to get into process and procedure documentation more. Love to organize!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for sample writings. Ask them to proofread a one page doc before hiring - make sure there are mistakes!!
