After we got the gas hooked up and had hot water, He came out early Sat. morning and went over out badly soiled carpets again. He did an excellent job and was very conscientious. "We had the windows cleaned by Daniel, he did an awesome job. He cleaned windows, screens and wood blinds they look great! We bought a home that needed a lot of cleaning. I had the grout cleaned by another company while Daniel was there. The grout didn't come out well. Daniel recommended that we paint the grout. It not only paints but seals it. So Daniel did the grout. Cannot tell you how happy we are, it looks like new flooring! I was so worried we would need to replace flooring. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for all you did. I will be using him again!"

"Daniel cleaned my windows inside and outside and also used his commercial grade steamer to clean about 3200 square feet of tile (pretty much entire inside of the house). This was an all day job and Daniel did great work

"Mr Kelly honored the quote in terms of window washing. However, the original quote included cleaning of screens. He stated because we removed the screens (for his convenience) he assumed we no longer wanted the screens cleaned. This occurred because I was not on site during services. I would recommend being very clear with this contractor and be onsite during deliverry of services."

The couch is give an 8/10 (as it still had a little "dog" smell). To be fair, the couch is much better than it was before looks wise. Addtionally, Daniel is a really nice guy & fun to talk to. Showed up on time, did the work in an efficient, timely manner. I would highly recommend hiring him."

"Daniel showed up right on time.
Was very friendly and polite.
Cleaning method was hot water extraction so requires tapping into the hot water from the washing machine. No problem for us but should be told to customers in case their washing machine isn't near the area being cleaned. Takes a bit longer to dry as well, full 24 hours to dry.
Only thing to do differently would be putting down a towel or tape off the hard surface areas that the carpet meets up too. After the cleaning the cleaning solution got on the tile where the carpet met up to it and left a film that was hard to get off in some areas. At minimum should get wiped up promptly before it dries.
Overall was a good experience. Carpet looks great."

He was able to fit me in with the short time notice I gave him and charged reasonable rates. The whole house carpet cleaning took less than 4 hours.
