Home buyer's home inspection are the most common type of inspection along with radon testing of those homes. I also do seller and maintenance type inspections.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get referrals from someone you trust, NOT someone who is trying to get you to buy something. Check out each referral, not only for price, but quality of inspection, the education and experience of the inspector, and their ability to communicate clearly with you. If you can't talk to them on the phone, how are you going to ask questions of them at the inspection.
