- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have one flat rate price for all my computer services which is $75, other services such as security surveillance installation or TV mounting or website design or graphic designs, all have prices at correspond with the extent of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when a customer contacts me, I get their basic information, (Name and Phone Number), a brief description of their issues that they're having and we work around their schedule to get the problem resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AA degree in computer science and networking, A+ certification, Microsoft certification, Xerox certification and HP certification, to go along with 10 years of professional work experience in the help desk field.
