Introduction: Since I can remember, I've had a love of animals and was fortunate enough to have grown up in a household with dogs and cats and the occasional hamster. Animals have always gravitated to me, like Dr. Doolittle. I recently lost my beloved 17-year-old husky/retriever mix, that I literally rescued from the street over 16 years ago. Besides caring for dogs and cats, I also have experience with exotic pets. As a zoo keeper and a wildlife rehabilitation volunteer for several years, I ran the gamut, from birds and reptiles, to large carnivores not that there's much need for large carnivore care in the city. Whether you need dog walking or pet sitting, your pet will be treated as a family member.
