Introduction: I strive to make each workout effective, efficient and fun by using a variety of techniques tailored to your individual need. Whether you are someone who needs help breaking away from their current routine or kick-starting a new one, I would love to help you with your journey.
I focus on varying your training to give your muscles the shock they need while keeping you invigorated and engaged. I truly believe that everyone can find something that they enjoy to make it fun for them to reach their goals.
Having a trainer will allow for each workout to be customized to make better use of your time away from family, friends, work, etc. It's also very important that a trainer is there to ensure proper form and technique to avoid injury.
My goal is not to have you rely on me but to work together to help you gain the confidence, knowledge, and motivation to eventually continue on your own successfully. Sometimes it's just helping with creating that routine and realizing that you become a much happier person to make time for yourself. I spend time outside the workout session, preparing specific routines to make the most of the time we have together.
It is these results that not only hold you accountable to me, but also hold me, your trainer, accountable to you!
