Introduction: I am a strategy executive with a Ph.D. in Economics. I was educated in Australia and Princeton and benefited from a very strong science education in Eastern Europe. I have excessive amount of experience as an educator being in a managerial role and being a TA throughout my university education. As a business professional, I have seen many college graduates starting to work for me with very little problem solving skills. I learnt throughout the years that concepts are thought in a very simplified, graphic way just like a "cook book". This helps mastering concepts fast but kills children's ability to master more complicated problems than "boiling an egg" unless they are spending excessive amount of extra curricular time. I have always wanted to develop a better way to educate people and make education the final stage of my career. I would like to take this opportunity to come up with the best method to teach mathematics that will serve children throughout their career by helping them thinking on their feet.
