- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of what we do is actually determined by Insurance Companies, this is good for customers because it controls the cost to you. If a company is NOT a preferred provider with a certain Insurance Carrier, they can charge whatever they want with little to restrict them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always! There are a few agencies that offer ongoing training, but "IICRC" is one of the most well-known and well-respected. Also, we are measured constantly by something called 'Contractor Connection' as well as Insurance Carriers in order to remain on a preferred provider list, which we are with almost every major Insurance Company!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Water damage - dishwasher lines leaked, clothes washer lines leaked, hot water heater lines leaking, pipes bursting, tubs overflowing/not draining properly. Fire - in addition to the repair of damaged areas, smoke & odor can spread to other areas of the home, especially into & through AC/Heat systems.
