FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we create is basically custom so I look to the client for a budget in order to hone in on the right props and flowers for the job. Once I have the budget I can give a ballpark idea of what is able to be offered very quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out as much as I can about the project including the look and feel, style, goal of the event and then I create a proposal based on that. Usually there is some tweaking and then that version of the proposal gets a signature on the contract. Then I get the 50% deposit. The balance is due the day prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in fashion design from FIT. I've had an event company in NYC for 20 years. I've worked in display for Bloomingdale's and Armani to name a few. I have extensive luxury brand display experience including Armani Black Label, Asprey of London etc.
