FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, personal injury and workers' compensation attorneys are paid on what is called a "contingent fee" basis. That means that an agreed upon percentage is determined when you sign up your case. In the end, our firm does not get paid unless you recover money for your injury. Case expenses are advanced by the firm and paid back at the time of the distribution of funds you recover.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As attorneys, we are required to obtain several hours of continuing legal education. This is often done through the attendance of seminars, webinars and phone conferences, as well has staying current on any new case law that is determined.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At Kullmann, Klein & Dioneda, PC, we handle personal injury and workers' compensation matters. Our clients are often injured due to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and defective equipment. We also handle medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and traumatic brain injuries, as well as minor criminal and traffic matters.
