- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price for simple 5 - 6 page sites of $799.00. Our custom sites with plugins and eCommerce sites start at $899.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We ask for 2 or 3 sites that the customer likes the look and feel of so we get an idea of what they think is attractive. (colors, navigation and general look and feel) 2. We ask for 1 or 2 sites of competitors that they feel have presented their information well. 3. We will need to know if they have an established brand and logo. 4. We will need to know if they have a domain name as well as hosting. 5. We will need an outline of the pages they want including in drop down menu items. 6. After talking to the customer and getting a few more ideas, we quote the project and if OK with the client, we come up with 5 - 7 designs. 7. It is only after the client has approved a design that we gather 1/2 down. 8. Balance is expected on immediate completion of project.

Several Bachelor of Fine Arts Degrees from University of North Texas.
