Introduction: I have completed over 700-hours of study in a variety of yoga disciplines, from Yin Yoga, Restorative and Therapeutics to active, alignment-based vinyasa yoga rooted in Iyengar Yoga. This broad foundation and personal dedication allows me to work creatively and effectively with a diverse population of students.
I have co-taught and assisted several 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings with the founders of the Nosara Yoga Institute, and have organized and led retreats and workshops nationally and internationally. I am skillful at generating positive and transformative group dynamics, co-create community and connection, and enriched experiences for participants in a variety of unique settings.
As a student of the body, I teach others to listen to the information inherent within themselves as a way to live more nourishing lives, from the foods they eat to their relationship to the world around them.
I most enjoy empowering others. Supporting people to feel more aware, more connected to themselves and others, and more skillful at embracing the world around them is deeply, personally satisfying.
