- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is not complicated, and I do have a session to meet just about every need. There are standard packages available, and if you don't see one that works for you we will build a custom quote together to ensure that you can get exactly what you are looking for in a lifetime photographer. If you are a car enthusiast, musician, model, pet lover, Realtor, or business professional, I have custom plans available for you! Be sure to ask about how I can be part of your hobbies and business interests as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first conversation, we will discuss exactly what you are looking for in terms of what you hope to have at the end of our journey. Whether you love the idea of a home gallery portrait collection, or a stylish album that can be passed down through the generations, we will create a plan that is perfect for you. Understanding your needs and personal style will help me to show you how La Vie Est Belle Photography can assist you in achieving that goal. That first consultation is also the perfect opportunity to tell you more about the Studio and for us to decide if we will be a good match. I may not be the perfect photographer for everyone, and that is okay! My goal is to create an open, welcoming environment for potential clients, and if we decide that another photographer may be a better match, I am happy to share my list of preferred pros with you so that you will have an excellent experience. Once we have a plan of action, I assist my clients in selecting wardrobe and location options and share with them the benefits of working with my personal Hair & Makeup Artist. Men, women, and children alike enjoy making their portrait session day a fun experience! For my engaged couples, I offer access to my network of top-quality vendors through Bliss Wedding Foundry. We are a collaboration of service-based professionals who work closely with our clients to deliver an incredible wedding day experience. If you are looking for a "one-stop shop" for your wedding vendors, Bliss is perfect for you! The most exciting part of our journey together is our session date! We have fun in a relaxed environment where the camera is a secondary element. We want your personality to shine through, so there is no pressure to create stiff poses or cheesy smiles. Once your portraits have been professionally edited, we will meet again to go through your proofs and select your favorite images. At that time we discuss display options and I help my clients visualize what the final product will look like in their home. When your order arrives in beautiful boutique packaging, it feels like a holiday as you unwrap your gorgeous prints and albums. My services do not stop there, though! Everything I offer comes with a quality guarantee, and I will even stay to help you hang your portraits throughout your home so they look absolutely perfect! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly refining my craft and techniques to bring the absolute best possible skill set to each photo shoot. I also work closely with several vendors which allows me to provide modern designs to all of the print and display products that clients want to see.
