I am beyond grateful for Diana Buss! I had contacted numerous other attorneys for assistance to get my fiancé out of jail due to warrants we were unaware of for a court case that was not dismissed as we originally thought. Many attorneys were unable to assist due to my fiancé being arrested in a different county from where the warrants were issued plus this wasn't the first time warrants were issued due to a failure to appear. I made one last effort to contact an attorney and that was Diana Buss.
My main concern was to get my fiancé out of jail, but the bonds were extremely high and unaffordable even with help from a bail bondsman. Diana came up with a solution that none of the other attorneys had thought of, which was to just get the court cases dismissed instead of setting bond and THEN tackling the court cases. Not only did she come up with a solution that no other attorneys had mentioned, but she came through within a day!
My fiancé was released and she got the charges dismissed! I have never seen an attorney work so fast!
I absolutely love her! She is very responsive and so understanding. I feel like she really listens to all my concerns and addresses all my questions, and trust me I was a bundle of nerves so I asked her a million questions. She is my top recommendation for anyone looking for an attorney and she will be my go-to if I ever need representation. Hopefully I won't, but if I do I know that I will be in good hands. Great attorney. Responded to all my calls and emails promptly and handled my case very professionally. Answered all my questions I had and if she didn't have the answer, she would get back to me very shortly with the answer to it. I had been dealing with this case for 16 years up until she took over the case. She immediately started working on it and very soon had it dismissed.

Diana helped me with an old case in Austin ,Texas there was jail time and fines involved. She was able to get the jail time dismissed and I only had to pay the fine!! I would recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer in the Austin area.. Thank you Diana!!!
