- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are MCLE compliant and belong to Immigration member associations including American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Lawyers Guild and Bar Association of San Francisco. We also stay current on all changes in this fast paced area of law including having the latest information on DAPA, DACA, Extended DACA.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Green Cards, work permits; deportation defense; H1B, L1, E visas; EB5 Investor Visas; U visas and VAWA petitions; relative petitions and waivers; K-1 and K-3 visas; consular processing.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were able to secure a green card based on emotional abuse and abandonment for a gentleman from India after his US Citizen wife abandoned him. Other attorneys turned down the case because they felt it was not possible to obtain relief for him under the Violence Against Women Act statute as there was no physical abuse. We have since obtained lawful permanent residency for many others in similar situations.
