- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born and raised in New York City's Spanish Harlem and am bi-lingual. My first language is Spanish. Growing up in an urban neighborhood is part of the reason I became a criminal defense attorney. I care deeply about ensuring that my clients receive the best defense I can offer because it is unjust to believe otherwise.
