Layer2 has responded quickly and efficiently to our requests for service. Above and beyond our request for service, he has installed programs which have permitted our computer to operate more efficiently. He does this as a bonus when he makes a service call. He also provides helpful tips as a part of the monitoring service that he offers.
We had called another Repair Service prior to calling Layer2. They inadvertently installed a program which we did not want, and which they were unable to remove. This led us to call Layer2. They were able to remove the unwanted software and make several other operating improvements. Since then, we have called Layer 2 for all of our computer problems.

We needed a new computer and, as always, we went to David for advice. He helped us pick out one and then hooked up everything on the new computer so we didn't loose any of our information. Now everything works as smooth as silk. Any computer problem and the first thing we do is call David at Layer 2. It certainly solves a lot of problems to go to the expert instead of messing up everything ourselves first. However we have done that a few times and he has fixed that too. Layer 2 is the #1 call you should make for any computer problem. And by the way, his prices are very reasonable. He also has programs that keep you from getting into trouble instead of waiting until there is a problem and then having to fix it.

David has been an invaluable asset to keep my computer running problem free. I do not have the patience or the knowledge to "fix computer issues" and I don't want to go to the big box store with my modem or lap top and hand it over to a complete stranger. Been there done that and usually the results are not good. One issue MAY be solved but three more issues pop up. David either fixes the problem off-site through my computer or comes to the house and resolves the issue then and there. No more worries and back in business in no time. If you have any kind of computer you NEED an IT guy and David is your man. Best service I ever signed up for and worth every penny!!!!!

David was referred to me by my daughter who had been very happy with his service. I needed someone to set up a newly purchased desktop P.C. for me and to transfer pictures,documents,etc.from my old computer to the new one.
He was easy to contact and responded promptly. I did not have to wait long for an appointment. He arrived at my home promptly and completed the task in less than 2 hours.
David was very friendly and explained everything to me as he worked. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He never at any time made me feel less than intelligent concerning my questions. He cleaned up the area and packed the old equipment for disposal. I had kept a lot of material from my old computer and he recommended to me what I could dispose of.He has also contacted me a few times later on to see how everything was going.
The cost of service was reasonable and I was assured that he would be available to assist me online or with another home visit. I honestly found no room for improvement with his service.
I would recommend him without reservation.
