- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on menu options and location. Our web site displays class options and prices. Private classes can be on site at Chef Phensri's place or at customers location
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we meet their requirements . New customers are introduced to the famous cuisine, learn about ingredients, spices and herbs. Classes are kept at a pace to ensure customers learn and repeat the process on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Phensri is a native of Thailand and learnt to authentic from your mother in a large family. She holds the difficult to pass, New York City food handlers certificate and the SaveServe national certificate. She ran her own Thai restaurant in New Jersey for many years and has taught over 1600 students!
