Thomas G. Pena, Esq. is a 1989 graduate of the UCLA School of Law, which has been a perennial "Top Twenty Law School" in the United States from before the time of his studies there to the present. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Education/Special Education and a California Clear Level II Education Specialist Instruction Credential. He has experience teaching in California elementary school and high school, as well as at a California Community College. Tom has 20 years of experience in state and federal courts in Northern and Southern California handling legal matters from Family Law, bankruptcy, education, and general civil litigation, to assisting low and moderate income clients with document preparation and review, and sending lawyer letters, as well as providing legal strategy for "pro per" and "pro se" self-representation. Now located in downtown Sacramento on J Street near Old Sacramento and Westfield's Downtown Plaza, Tom is available to assist you with your legal service needs.
