- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No gym membership needed! I cover all gym dues. My rates are as follows: -single session-$90 -6 sessions-$540 -12 sessions-$840 NEW MEMBER PACKAGE DEAL: Starter Package: $680 =2 sessions per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions) -includes meal plan, workout plan and text/ phone support. -must commit to two sessions per week. Semi private (up to 3 people) and couples training also available. Inquire for more information and rates
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching new developments in the fitness and nutrition fields and working on more certifications in specialized fields of training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My own personal transformation and weight loss of 95 lbs introduced me into the fitness industry. After years of research and helping friends lose weight, gain muscle or help train them for various sports lead me to work in the field professionally. I have never looked back. I love what I do.
