Introduction: I offer a well-rounded, intelligent class in a safe environment that emphasizes creativity, humor and fun. Trained in power vinyasa yoga, I focus on strength of body and of mind. The term 'power yoga' was developed to help people understand that this style of hatha (the physical kind) is a challenging practice with athletic movements that help you energetically flow from one posture to the next. Not only will you feel more powerful, confident and balanced but also simultaneously feel compassionate, fluid and open. Instruction is made accessible to students of all levels through the use of modifications, variations and props. An emphasis is always placed on the individual, ensuring every student maximizes their experience and lives to their full potential! Do you want try something new and different? I also offer a unique "fusion" class that mixes yoga, cardio and core work! It's a fun, full-body fitness class that is unlike any other! Instruction is adapted to each student’s goals and specific needs. This is the perfect arena to have 100% of my attention to help you further your practice in a safe and comfortable environment. If you are a newer student to yoga, private lessons are the best way to build a strong foundation and a safe practice. You will learn how to modify poses by understanding the structure of each pose and keeping the integrity of the pose as you progress deeper and your body opens. If you're an experienced yogi, a private or semiprivate instruction is an effective way to take your practice to the next level. You can focus specifically on poses that you find challenging or learn a custom sequence for an at-home practice. In addition, I can schedule sessions at a time and place that is most convenient to you!

I truly enjoyed practicing with Lindsay! She built a strong flow and was able to reach all levels of students. Lindsay was engaging, energetic, and helpful. She encouraged everyone to push themselves and always had a smile on her face! I would highly recommend taking a yoga class from Lindsay!

Lindsay was the instructor that really got me into yoga. Being a beginner is intimidating but she was able to show me the poses and encourage my acheivements. I love her hands-on approach. She also encouraged my husband who has had chronic back issues for years. He know practices yoga moves on his own every day and has seen a huge improvement in his back issues -- and his golf swing!

I am fairly new to yoga and Lindsay provided support throughout every class so I knew I was achieving my optimal work out. The flow she puts together is challenging, and provides modifications for all levels. Lindsay was encouraging and extremely supportive, and I truly enjoy every time I am able to practice with her.
