I was passionate about exercise early on and new I wanted to make an impact in the lives of others. Combing these two was a no-brainer
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Does your trainer or coach adjust programs based on things like your posture and specific muscular needs. An example: If you're someone who sits at a desk all day and has rounded shoulder the last exercise you should perform would be push ups. Push up work the pectoralis muscles of the chest and doing so will increase the rounding slumped shoulders. Instead these muscles must be stretched. If your trainer doesn't address these types of needs I suggest you continue your search!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How simple is is to become a personal trainer. Sadly, all it takes is one simple test to earn a certification from even the leading organizations. While there are many fantastic trainers out there, having a certification does NOT ensure they are good.
