- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For some of our larger or more complicated projects, we literally set our compensation up to reflect your success - if you don't achieve your goals we don't get paid! For smaller projects such as designing a website or getting you branded polo shirts, we still have incredible prices. We know the secret of what most of these things ACTUALLY cost... you'll be surprised when you discover how inexpensively we can get this stuff done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I realistically spend half of my day on professional development. This includes reading books, following the world's best marketers, listening to webinars, participating in market discussions, and taking online courses. My degree in Marketing Management couldn't prepare me for the vast wealth of knowledge that exists on the hundreds of topics related to marketing - but I love sharing what I discover with my clients!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just adopted a General Contracting company that's literally been in business for 25 years - but had no brand development at all. No logo, no website, no form of marketing whatsoever. Their owner told me it was time for them to grow so he could retire and hand the company off in a way that it would survive without him. We set out creating logos, websites, polo shirts, institutionalizing his best practices, eliminating some inefficiencies and grew a fantastic referral program. I'll keep the long story short - but in the end we quintupled his customer base within 8 months and my new friend will be set to retire in February!
