We have a full price list for every type of return and the supporting schedules which is made available to potential clients, after they sign a confidentiality disclosure.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before discussing tax preparation with any client, I give them the taxpayer's bill of rights and a fee disclosure. All tax preparation services in the City of Chicago are required to do this by City Ordinance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete over 18 continuing education hours annaully.
